School boards must provide information developed by the office of the Virginia Attorney
General to students regarding laws governing the prosecution of juveniles as adults for
the commission of certain crimes. The methods of providing information may include,
but are not limited to, announcements in schools, written notification to parents,
publication in the student manual, and inclusion in those materials distributed to parents
at the beginning of each school year.
